The Menopause Reset a nurturing healing session for women
Introduction
The Menopause Reset is a nurturing healing experience designed to support women through the emotional and physical changes of menopause.
This gentle 90-minute session offers a calm space to pause, breathe and reconnect with your body during this new season of life.
What happens during your session
Your session begins with a warm welcome and calming tea before we talk briefly about how you are feeling and what support you may need.
You will then be guided through The New Season Meditation, a soothing meditation created to help you relax deeply and settle into the healing space.
During the session I use a combination of Angelic Reiki and carefully chosen crystals placed along the body to encourage calm, balance and renewed vitality.
Your crystal gift
At the end of your initial Menopause Reset session you will receive a small crystal gift to continue the gentle energy of the treatment at home.
You will be invited to choose either:
